Standard Shipping Rates We ship raw pet food across the United States using weight-based flat rates to keep shipping costs fair and predictable.

Minimum Shipping Requirement – Raw Items A minimum order of 30 lbs is required for all raw item shipments. This ensures proper temperature maintenance and packaging integrity during transit.

Packaging & Handling All raw orders are packed with dry ice to maintain freshness during transit. Please open your package with caution — dry ice can cause skin irritation. Avoid direct contact and allow it to dissipate in a well-ventilated area before handling.

First-time orders: We understand you may want to try a smaller amount first. We will accommodate one order below the 30 lb minimum so you can sample our products. After your first order, the 30 lb minimum will apply to all future raw item purchases.

Large Bulk Orders (200+ lbs) Shipping Outside California For orders over 200 lbs shipping to states outside California, the $99.00 flat rate covers most destinations. However, shipping to certain states (such as Texas, Florida, and the East Coast) on very large bulk orders may incur additional carrier costs.
